The Clean Up
Yoga for Women: I turned 50 in Feb of 2024. Peri menopause has arrived along with a bunch of symptoms. As I navigate this new chapter I would love to openly support fellow women. We don’t have to feel alone or isolated. Let’s come together and create a community of support where we can address our bodies and emotions and hold each other up.
Yoga For Anxiety and Stress: I have had a lifelong relationship with anxiety. During certain chapters it was debilitating and would interfere with every aspect of my life. Through my experiences, I have discovered a plethora of techniques that have supported and healed my nervous system. I am eager to share and incorporate this on our yoga mats together in the hopes that we may all feel what it’s like to arrive at a place of homeostasis in our bodies.
The CLEAN UP: It’s all eyes on YOU as we remove the bad habits that can often lead to injury and stagnation. This is a great session for anyone wanting to progress and move forward in their asana practice, particularly if you have been feeling stuck or confused. I will teach you which instructions are optimal, smart and safe for your unique body in any pose you wish to tackle
